I am starting off with a new
habit today – Blogging with focus on Personal Development. I have realized there are too many thoughts that float
in my head every single day and hence it is critical that i focus and
channelize my energy towards achieving the goals that I set. Blogging/Writing down on
critical goals is said to be an effective channel to trigger the mind’s
subconscious so as to enable oneself to act on the goals set. Another reason I am blogging is that this new habit helps me achieve greater clarity on a variety
of areas, be it my career, relationships, fitness, getting organized, etc.
