Update on Sep Fitness Goals and Setting Goals for October

Quick update on the Sep fitness goals. I had posted a goal of 20 miles of jogging and 100 miles of biking. I finished on 10 miles of jogging and 70 miles of biking. Oddly enough, i do not feel any disappointment on missing out on achieving the goals. Am fairly happy with the progress made and am keen on building upon these goals in October.

For Oct, am going to focus only on Biking and am going to fix a higher target :) My target is 150 miles and am excited to go after this goal! The other thing that am going to do is get friends who are interested in biking to join me in my rides. Am going to have lots of fun this month for sure :)
